They have also helped me with some marketing issues. They are always willing to work with you and make sure your needs are being met. Sometimes it can be difficult to get in touch with them if you need something right away. Also sometimes their website is not user-friendly. I would say this is a great company to use for any type of marketing or analytical needs. We are using them to do some market research for our business. The benefit we are getting from working with them is that they are helping us understand our customers better and find new ways to reach out to them.
