I like that they are flexible with their work schedule, willing/able too learn new things quickly (we do not have an IT person at our place so this is very important).
Friendly staff who will go above-and beyond in getting you what ever your need from them! Great communication skills; we did run into some problems when it came time for billing but was able resolve everything within 24 hours of e mailing support team about issue. We just needed help resolving issues around being charged twice or having multiple accounts associated wirth usernames etc - which caused confusion among employees trying log onto one computer vs another account using same username.
