I like that it helps me organize my notes in one easy to use platform, which makes taking care of any projects much easier! The organization feature isn't perfect so sometimes there are items with similar names but very different topics (like "Project”). The best thing about novedgedesignsolution, I think it's that you can easily customize your site with their templates or create from scratch yourself by choosing what features are important to have in our website! The customer service at novedge has been fantastic. They are always willing to help, even when it's not part of their job description. I have had issues with my account being locked out and having to pay extra to get access back. It is frustrating when you're trying to do your job and they won't let you in!
