I've had a few problems with their customer support.

I've had a number of issues with their customer support. I've also had a number of issues with the website itself. The first thing I noticed was the site layout. It was difficult to navigate, and there were too many pages and sections. The second issue I had was the fact that their web page was very slow to load, and didn't load properly. I'd say that these two issues alone should be enough to put anyone off from buying their products. However, the biggest problem I have with them is…

  • They give a discount for large orders, however their terms are not clear, they only state that you can buy at least $2,000 worth of services

  • They don't clearly explain the discounts or pricing options

The pricing model is quite poor and does not give you the flexibility to change your price according to demand.

The pricing model is quite poor and does not give you the flexibility to change your price according to demand. This means that you may have to buy more than you actually require to cover peak demand. If you are looking to use DRMcNatty for web-based applications (i.e. eCommerce sites) you are probably better off using a cloud provider such as Amazon Web Services, Rackspace Cloud, Google App Engine etc. The free version gives you 500MB storage space.   • The API documentation is easy to understand and makes sense to someone who is new to R.
  • There is a free version which allows you to play around with it.

  • The UI needs a lot of work before it becomes useful.
