I've had a number of issues with their customer support. I've also had a number of issues with the website itself. The first thing I noticed was the site layout. It was difficult to navigate, and there were too many pages and sections. The second issue I had was the fact that their web page was very slow to load, and didn't load properly. I'd say that these two issues alone should be enough to put anyone off from buying their products. However, the biggest problem I have with them is their prices. For a company of their size, they should charge much less than what they do. Even if they offered a discount for volume, they should offer a better deal. Also, I feel like their service levels aren't great. For example, the web design/development section says that it'll take 10 business days for them to start working on a project, yet their customer service said that it'd take 30 business days to respond to my ticket. If they could provide faster responses, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an e-commerce platform.
