Review on Novedge by Eldrick Carlton

The customer service at novedge has been fantastic. They are always willing to help, even when it's not part of their job description. I have had issues with my account being locked out and having to pay extra to get access back. It is frustrating when you're trying to do your job and they won't let you in! Be sure to check out the free trial. You can use it to try things out without risk. It helps me keep track of all of my invoices and estimates. I like that I can see the progress of my project and make changes as I go along. It's very easy to use and I can do it all on my computer. Sometimes I have to do it on the phone but that's usually when I'm on the road. I'm not sure I like the fact that I have to download everything to my computer. I think I would prefer to do it all on the web. I like that I can use it from anywhere. It's very helpful for me to be able to work from home.
