Bought to wash my elderly father's bedding. He's been in the hospital for two months with a long illness and with all the stress of tests, blood work, injections and poking around, it's really hard for him to relax. with the whole scenario (ships, wound healing) it makes for a pretty uncomfortable environment. When I visit him I spray this on his sheets and it freshens up the laundry and the room too. He likes the smell and I can say that it is very pleasant for him. The scent is fresh and clean and seems to linger for a decent amount of time. Not overwhelming and ideal for a medical facility. I thought about trying the rose scent on my own bedding, but read that another reviewer's cat got sick. I have 3 cats at home and I don't want to expose them to anything that may make them sick.* I have another brand of essential oil spray and it warns that essential oil sprays are not safe for cats but are safe for dogs are suitable. Probably because cats lick the fat from their fur and swallow it.
