Good material, requires more than recommended
Works as expected. I don't think he covers as much as he says. We used it at the recommendation of Build Show's Matt Reisinger. Make a third pass around the base of the building (40x40) with 3 pipes. I felt like I should have made it a little thicker as shown in the video but it still sealed well.
