. As others have said, there's a learning curve to the whole operation, which isn't entirely a bad thing. I love crafting and I found it fun to try new methods and ingredients to make the perfect cup of coffee. For the first few months the product was great (albeit very messy, as other reviews have pointed out the range shoots all over the place which is odd and is a seriously overlooked design issue). My 1 star review today you ask? I now have the world's most expensive paperweight on my kitchen table. While self-isolating, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to an insanely expensive purchase. It's been less than a few months now and it's lying around completely useless and I'm not quite sure how to proceed as the date for Revane's return has not yet come and Calfalon has still not expressed a wish to to make amends. Oh I called them and emailed them. them and here we are 5 days after we started communication with them and didn't do anything about it. I've been fortunate to have given 1 star reviews in the past so this is an attempt to reopen the case. Really really upset that I probably won't be able to enjoy that cup of coffee every morning that I've worked so hard to get better for. on public holidays.
