Review on Quest Nutrition Cookies Protein Friendly by Aleksandre Crane

I write about the taste of cookies and cream. I bought them when they were on the lightning sale. The price was about $10 a box. I use the subscription and save every month to buy other types of protein bars or meal replacements. Thought I'd give them a try to see if they deserve a spot in the rotation. The ingredient list looked good. Then they came and I tried one. Before I explain the taste, please understand that I have been eating candy bars for the past few decades. In the past, you sometimes had to "pump" to lose some weight. They didn't taste good. However, this bar was clearly UNPLEASANT in taste. It had a smell, a taste, and a very long aftertaste, I don't know, medicinal. Salty, sweet, bitter or sour describe it perfectly. Maybe a combination of mold and rubbing alcohol. Absolutely NO cookie or cream flavor. My dog also refused to eat the piece and she is a living garbage cheater. Not sure if it's a disposable box or what. I do not want to know. never again for me I give this one star.
