Pairs are easy when you know what to do. I've personally switched between the two devices and had to keep re-pairing, but that's to be expected with a cheaper Bluetooth device. It worked as intended and worked well. The battery often lasted longer than my phone without charging. It doesn't look particularly sturdy or bulky and is made entirely of plastic, but its light weight and foldability make it very portable. For 25€ I am very satisfied.
