Doesn't last at all!
We purchased this item and installed it less than 2 years ago. 6 months after installation it was used by our dogs. One piece broke off after 4-6 uses and was slowly crumbling. We thought it would be better than the traditional dog flap, but it doesn't stay on. It banged and banged a few months ago and now several bottom rings have fallen off completely. I would give 0 stars if I could. I currently have a hole in the wall until I can replace the entire block. Don't waste your time. Have had dogs with a dog flap for over 20 years and never been this bad.
