Great for arch pain or plantar fasciitis!
I wear a size 7 and I ordered a medium. The socks fit snug as they are advertised to, so I don't wear mine to sleep because of it. I work on my feet all shift on concrete flooring and these socks were a life saver due to the covid-19 shutting down the stores and I wasn't able to get the right shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and before I got these socks my arch pain was 10/10. Now I have very little pain (feet are still sore but not agonizing pain as before). Great buy for the price and would definitely buy more! Try it ladies and gentlemen! You won't be disappointed.
