It's hard to say that this is a used phone. I can't find any cosmetic damage. Looks like a brand new phone without the factory sealed box and OEM accessories. I switched from the Note 20 Ultra, this phone consumes much more battery (the remaining percentage is drained faster), but at the same time it charges faster. The phone itself is amazing. As some other reviewers have said, I can't go back to a regular phone. I was worried the picture quality wasn't as good as the Note 20, but I can't tell the difference. The only thing I'm missing is a pen. but it's still a nice phone. Highly recommended.
