PERFECT! suitable for orthotics, splints and bandages

I have had terrible lower back pain, especially in S1, for several years. I put off hip surgery longer than I should have because of my job and now because. My S1 joint is also deteriorating. When I put the belt on, the lower back pain almost went away. I would definitely say it was 90%. You don't want to wear this belt all the time because it doesn't allow your other muscles to work as well, but I wear it to increase my activity. I became so ill that I could hardly walk between my hips, knees and back. I hope to have a hip prosthesis soon when all the nursing homes and I are vaccinated. Talk to your physical therapist or doctor, they can advise you on a schedule and if you don't have one, or it will cost money. It's also returnable, but you don't have to send it back. Wear it low enough, be aware it gets tighter when you sit down, so I loosen it up in the car. The velcro is very strong and I can say it won't fall off very quickly. It's easy and very convenient. God bless you if it hurts like this. I need to stay strong for this hip surgery and oh I'm 70 years old and starting a new adventure once I recover from this surgery. I want to stay strong so I will continue to exercise and wear a belt part time. was my suggestion from a physiotherapist. Watch after.
