I was skeptical so I researched online and settled on these blue blockers. The product information actually reflected what people who really knew what they were talking about said what to look out for. After the Corona lockdown and everything else, I spend a lot of time in front of screens and struggle with my sleep cycle. These glasses really help, now I have a heaviness in my eyes at the right time. I have a partner for my father who also struggles to maintain a circadian rhythm. Keep in mind that if they block the blue rays, everything gets a little redder. It looks like a sepia tone but if it weren't otherwise it would mean it didn't remove the blue. With these things on my computer, the blue lights look like they're not even on. I completely forgot to correct the review but I clicked the message link which I never look at and the seller sent a great informative message. I replied to them and within a day I got an answer that they are really happy that these things help me and my dads. Now if only I could remember to put them on at the right time in the evening. lol but it's on me.
