The program sometimes freezes when doing an online banking transfer from my checking account to another bank account - but not often. Sometimes the system doesn't sync up with my bank accounts correctly, and I have to manually add new transactions in the system. It's helpful to keep track of everything we spend money on at work - it helps make sure that we aren't overspending on things we don't need.
