Review on Install Bay IBLOC02 Adjustable Convertor by Dorvin Hawk

Four stars because it seems to work, but a little off because the construction seems pretty cheap. The wires are very light and seem about to break. But it was cheap and it worked again so I can't complain as long as it keeps working. I'm having weird low noises but I don't know if it's related to that or something else in my setup which is an arcade machine so who knows what's up with what I hacked. I tried another line level converter that didn't work at all (loud as damn) so it was still a big improvement and good enough.
