This tool is so easy to use and easy to understand! The live chat is a nice feature as well. I do like the fact that they can notify you via email of pending tasks. We have started using this tool on a few client sites and have been very pleased with the results so far. I do not have any dislikes at this time. It is a great tool and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality tool to track social proof. It has really made it easy for our sales team to keep track of the social proof throughout our sales process. I love that ProofCred is easy to use - it's intuitive and gets you up and running in no time. It also looks great! I can't think of anything I dislike about ProofCred itself. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions we have. We've been able to track our open rates and see how many people are actually taking action on our pages. This has helped us understand which content is working for our users and which isn't.
