EZ Educator 900 ordered. Collar and Hand Block Charged Once both were charged, I activated the collar and turned on the handset. As I read the instructions and browsed the features, I came across Mode I. It describes how to activate Mode I. I followed the instructions but couldn't activate mode I, so I started searching the internet for information. I found more instructions on You Tube. They were the same as in the instruction manual. I noticed that there should be an "I" icon on the hand block screen. There was no "I" symbol on my device. I called the company but they were already out of business hours so I decided to send it back thinking it was defective. Before I could send it back, Revane requested that I call to see if we could fix the error over the phone. After a while, the Revain support rep could only provide the same information as the user manual. I asked Revane to send a return form and just send me another device. And they did, and the same thing happened with the second EZ Educator 900. This time I called the manufacturer during office hours and they told me to log on with a PC and get some sort of interface from their website and then plug in the handset to activate mode I. There were various attachments in the first email, and one attachment contained an image of the UI but no instructions on how to get it. I'm still waiting for the process to get the interface to enable mode I. I have a German shepherd with a thick coat around my neck. I'm having trouble getting her to feel any kind of stimulation. I could feel the stimulation on my forearm at level 5. I put on longer pencils and hoped she could feel it. I tried to comb the tines through her fur to make sure they were making contact with the skin and I tightened the collar enough that I could feel it holding the little thing in place, but she always felt no stimulation yet on set 15. I worry about rising. I'll keep working on that, but maybe I'll return this block as well.
