I have very strong allergies, especially in spring, and that helped a lot. I don't add oil, but I make sure to use purified water, not tap water. It fits perfectly on my bedside table and doesn't leak anywhere. It's been almost 2 months since I've been using it, I sleep better, don't snore as much and wake up without constipation or constipation. I wake up with more energy and have had to take less allergy medication. I love the night light feature which I leave on until I'm ready for bed. I love that it turns off automatically so I don't use it all day and night. Even if I leave it on all night, when I wake up I still have water in the humidifier and none on my bedside table.
