Review on 🚪 Dorman 604-108 Air Door Actuator: Chevrolet/Cadillac/Buick/Pontiac Models, Black - Efficient and Reliable by Edward Noble

This is the second actuator I have replaced. I bought the first one from another seller. Each time I heard a quick click from the dash near the glove box. The noise also appeared with the key removed - the system was trying to put the actuator in the right position when the car was turned off. I had to turn off the lock. Doing so will drain the battery (or possibly cause more problems). The first to die was on the right. This replaces the left one (behind the glove box). The exchange was relatively easy. I installed this part for about two months and haven't encountered any problems. Sometimes you will see this part referred to as "door motor".
