I am very happy with it. I have had this humidifier for almost two years now and have had no problems. I was surprised to see so many people saying their product didn't work. I use this at work when I start the heating. My office is a decent size and I keep it on the table next to me. This is very important - my eyes and nose don't dry out. It might move faster through the water than the description says, but for me that's a big plus. Make sure you have spare wicks and replace them. I change them every 30-60 days - if I notice the mist not coming out that often it means I need to change the wicks.
