These shoes lasted us all summer, which is very important considering they weren't expensive branded shoes. My son is four years old and he is very picky about shoes, he is always outside in puddles and mud but these shoes were great when they got dirty we would just spray them if they could take my baby they would work for all children. They are very comfortable and fit as expected, we will be buying more for next summer once spring arrives, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good hard water shoes
