It really doesn't matter how hot it is if it blows directly on you. Mine turned out to be a bit broken, the atomizers only work at maximum power. I didn't give 3 stars because it was broken. I just don't feel like it's doing what it's supposed to do, which is to cool you down when it blows on you. I filled it with ice but that doesn't change much. Even at the highest level it lasts most of the day. 3/5 overall because a bigger fan gives better cooling for less money.
