Firstly, I am a big fan of the product. It definitely does a great job, it's durable and as advertised it helps with better bowel movements. The newer version is a huge improvement, thanks in part to the lower profile. The first version of the product stood out a lot, and even if you push it as close to the toilet as possible, it will still get in the way. The new version is very thin and just disappears when you click on it. Great. In doing so, I had to deduct a few stars due to the horrible consistency I saw building. I have ordered this product 5 times. And 4/5 times I received a product that was missing at least one rubber foot. I ordered it once and it was missing two rubber feet. I figured it was a mistake or a return so I asked for a replacement - exactly the same issue with a replacement, two are missing. I removed those two and added it to the original one I ordered and sent it back. Then I ordered two more. One of them was missing rubber feet so I asked for a replacement. The replacement also lacks a rubber foot. I have never seen such inconsistency in production or assembly. JUST STUCK THE DAMN THING. How difficult is it to ensure the completeness of the product? This item would have received a perfect 5 stars if it weren't for having to order multiple times to get a complete product. Great product, terrible quality control/build.
