It was extremely difficult to install the first time. You basically take the entire controller apart and rebuild it. This requires a lot of time and patience. It is NOT easy as many people claim. It gets easy as you use more controllers, but it's tough to get started. However, you get a unique look. Turned my project's Scorpio controller into a luxury device worthy of my skill level.
