Review on Grinder DFESKAH Pneumatic Straight Collets by William Dean

I build and balance differentials, transmissions, transfer cases and driveshafts mostly for heavy trucks and equipment so we use air tools in my shop and we use them on the job and way more than your average user. In preparation, we use these (straight) and square grinders to clean all block bodies, gasket faces and all gasket surfaces with 2-3" surface preparation discs and 2-3" spoked wheels for at least 3 hours. Day. As with all air tools, proper care is essential to the longevity and full performance of the tool. Every morning the boys and I lubricate all the air tools so they last throughout the day. We also have a proper air system with a refrigeration dryer and filtration system with pressure regulators, so we deliver tools to manufacturers specifications which also extends tool life. All of these factors together should result in a very long service life for this grinder and all air tools. One of my favorite things about this tool, besides the price, is that most die grinders have a cheap plastic collar right where the collet tightens, and every other cheap die grinder I have has that part broken, so when I saw that this tool did Not have that cheap design I decided to buy a pair right away to get started and my colleagues and I really like them after using them for the past few days. I'll update my reviews over time if I have any issues with the tool but so far they work great and are much better quality than my cheap Mac tools, Port Shipping and Astro Grinder.
