Review on 🔳 Leviton 84012-40 4-Gang Stainless Steel Toggle Device Switch Wallplate by Sean Burnett

I somehow managed to get a defective wall panel, it has rows of small chips on top and bottom, which makes it look terrible when installed . I bought 2 and one was perfect and the bad one was still in the factory packaging (no plastic shavings inside to indicate mishandling) so this is clearly poor factory quality control and not a seller caused issue at all. Reordering and replacing is annoying. Update: The seller, in my case "Deerso" (Revain seems to be changing suppliers to get a better price) replaced the broken wallboard quickly and with no more effort on my part than 2 emails. (one explains the problem and the other says how I want to solve the problem); The replacement is perfect and arrived quickly. I'm increasing my rating to 4 for the excellent support, but I'm still annoyed by the poor quality control at the factory.
