I wanted something that would stick to the wall but not stick out too much and have razor hangers. The mirror doesn't fog up, at least in the few weeks I've had. There are 4 suction cups on the back, which can stick to the fiberglass shower screen well. I will not use a shaving cream holder as I don't want the weight being pulled onto the suction cups. If he lets go, I don't want it falling with the mirror. A mirror is unlikely to damage the floor, but shaving cream probably will. There is no edge on the razor hangers, so if you hit the razor with your hand it will fall off. A simple bend with pliers will do the trick, but it's not really necessary. I would hardly buy this again and look for one that has a razor holder to hold them in place and not a shaving cream holder.
