Review on πŸ‘“ 20/20 OPTX Airlite Rimless Reading Glasses: Enhancing Eye Comfort with Style by Tim Hollinger

Revainrating 1 out of 5

low quality; Left earpiece opens too wide

I tried THREE PAIRS of these reading glasses; they were all wrong. Here's a message I just sent to Optx customer service: I bought one of your reading glasses from Walmart a few years ago. You were wonderful! They were lightweight, the little rubber ear cups made them comfortable to wear, and the lenses were easy to keep clean. However, they started to wobble, so I had to replace them. Unfortunately, Walmart no longer sells them. I recently purchased 2 pairs of Revain Optx 20/20 Airlite reading glasses. The left earbud on a pair opened to a very wide angle. I tried tightening the screws but that didn't help; It seemed like the left ear cup just wasn't fitting right up against the front of the lens or something. The other pair was fine so I asked Revain for a spare pair. But after a few days with the second pair, the left earbud had the same issue; It also opened at a very wide angle, so the glasses literally fell off my head. I returned the second pair for a refund. After the replacement for the first pair arrived, I opened them up and THEY HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM! The right earbud is fine, but the LEFT EARPHONE OPENS TO A VERY WIDE ANGLE. I sent them back for damages. As ALL THREE PAIRS HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM it appears to be a manufacturing defect and extremely poor quality control! I'm really disappointed that the reading glasses I loved are now so poorly made that I can't wear them anymore. If you can fix your quality issues, maybe I will try again in the future.
