Sleeves are odd and baggy

The sweatshirt is oddly wide in the sleeves so when my dog plays or lays down his legs slip out and get caught up. The material is soft but balled up after 1 washing so it didn’t stay that way for long. That said, it wasn’t a terrible purchase for $4.99 but I don’t know how much he will wear it. I definitely would have sent it back if I had paid more.
