Trucks come very tight so I loosened them up a bit to get a medium density (not too tight but not too loose). Shortly after, the kingpin fell out, and then I found that the nut that it fits into the truck was loose and basically inaccessible unless the truck was removed from the platform. It's short enough that you can only really use it when you're on it, and if you loosen it too much it will be a huge pain to put it back on.
