I was so excited when it arrived because I received my live crickets a few days ago. When opened, the cricket handle was so cracked that it came loose. So I reassembled it and sealed it with clear tape. It was impossible to return it because I had live crickets at home. I couldn't figure out how to notify Revane because I didn't want a refund, I wanted to keep this until another one was sent. But I don't feel like I have to pay for another one. I must be returned undamaged at no cost to me. The crickets are alive and can survive in a broken paddock. Looks good when the plastic is strong enough not to break.
