Not the nicest fabric, but it fits perfectly.
This fits my 7" Brentwood Therapeutic Foam Bed Wedge Sleep Pillow perfectly.
It's not the softest and most luxurious cover, though, but it is all that I can find. My comfort solution is to use a soft pillow with a really nice quality pillow case to rest my head on at the top of the wedge.
