Amazing support once you figure out your positioning!

I have back and neck problems. I slept poorly and couldn't find the right pillow for me as I move around a lot when I sleep. I sleep on my side and stomach most of the time, so I just can't lie on my back for more than a minute. Well I tried this pillow hoping it would be and dammit I cried after the first week of use. I slept much better. I had mild back and neck pain which greatly reduced my migraines. Yes, it's awkward at first, but once you get the hang of it, wow, at least for me. The smell is not strong, just put it in the air dryer with a drying cloth and it will disappear quickly. I just bought a second one to have a backup when this one starts working. I hope they never stop releasing this pillow, it's the only thing that keeps me from being a grumpy old fart (I'm only 36 lol). Try it, give it time and try to position it in different ways. At the back, I make sure the puffy upper side panels touch my shoulders for good neck support. For my part, I make sure that my ear touches the center of the pillow and the thick tips of one touch my chin and cheek and the other at the very end of my neck. I tip it on my stomach like I'm hugging a pillow. my ear and cheek rest lightly on one of the swollen parts, and my shoulder, which faces the ceiling, is supported by the other swollen side. I have pics to help lol. Pretty hard to describe haha. I hope my photos help with positioning. I really hope this pillow suits you because it saved me!
