I have Definitive Technology floorstanding speakers for home theater, I use $100/pair Fluance speakers for surround speakers. I thought it was time to match the main towers to the Definitive product. The Definitive speakers are nice and sound okay. They are very well built. In fact, they cost 4 times more than Fluance surround speakers with no noticeable improvement in sound and significantly less bass response. So if you're happy to spend money on a nice and well-made product, the Definite Edge is good. If you want good sound at a good price, look elsewhere.
