Used - good was useless, a new one was sufficient

Bought a used - good from Revain - parts were missing (clamp foot) and it couldn't even hold the monitor up overnight even when full Spring tension - someone returned the Revain junk and Revain resold it to me. I also bought a new one - it fits a 24" monitor. Love the VESA quick release they use and the clamp base is heavy enough to securely support the extended arms - the WALI branded gas spring arm works much better on the same monitor and larger monitors, and they have a parts shop - I wish I could do it, if I don't want a quick release I'd probably go to the WALI brand instead.
