I love that it is easy to use for both authors and editors. It has made managing my writing projects so much easier than using Word or Google Docs alone. There are some quirks with formatting but nothing major. The support team is also great! They respond quickly when you have questions and they're always willing to help out if needed. If you want an online tool where everyone can edit your work without having to worry about formatting issues, this software will be perfect for you. We've been able to create collaborative documents in no time at all. This saves us hours of time compared to doing everything by hand.
