Chinese Junk - Terrible Quality
I've replaced countless wiper arms over the years. You open your hand, pull the latch, slide it over the mechanism and reverse the process. The clip didn't open fully, so it had to be discarded. It was a 1 minute job that took 30 minutes. The loop then took off the pants the first time you unbuttoned them. Start doing things with standards. It was a miserable failure
