Good bright sound, nice design. Thin bass compared to high-end speakers.
Very clear voices. However, I don't use the same brand for my front speakers. My front speakers are PSB Stratus Silver speakers (pretty old but good). The SVS Ultra has very bright highs and mids. At low frequencies, however, the sound is quite thin. Or it may just not compete with PSB speakers, which appear to be a notch above SVS. But the design looks very nice. If you care about design and clear voices (highs and mids), this speaker is good.
