My rating is actually "0" stars, but I can't submit my post without at least 1 star. I don't usually leave reviews, but it's necessary. We bought this product as a gift for a co-worker last year. When they entered the device, it appeared that someone else had already entered the device.? We tried restarting it multiple times, but we had a few technical issues. When we contacted the seller to see if we could return it, the return period had already expired. For this reason, when I approached them, they refused to help me. The employee never had a chance to use the product AND it was defective. Definitely NOT certified updated. I (and the company I work for) will never buy a refurbished or refurbished product from this supplier or Revain ever again!
