Review on Pleated Gothic Uniform Mini Skirts & Skorts for Women - BZB Girls' Clothing by Lisa Starcher

I'm 5'4 and about 125 pounds, I ordered a medium because everyone said it was too small. I usually wear bottoms between small and medium. The medium fits if you buckle the band a little tighter, but as I'm not sure how much smaller the small is, I would recommend buying the medium if you're my size/same size and then just tightening it or to fix. I'll only be wearing this for Halloween so it's ok if someone buys it for the same reason. The quality is pretty good.
