I don't get high.?
This moisturizer is okay, not amazing as most people say. I always apply moisturizer to my still damp skin to lock in moisture, and isn't that always okay? It's like applying it to drier skin. I stopped using it on my face and started using Cetaphil Moisturizing Gel and I love it. It's lightweight, glides on smoothly and hydrates much better and longer than Complex 15. I'd say don't waste your money on this when you can get more bang for your buck with Cetaphil Gel Cream.
