The amp seems fine. Amazinsavings sellers will ship used ones when they advertise new ones.
It should be new. It was in an unsealed box and the amp was on top of the plastic wrapper. Fingerprints were everywhere. The connection points were in different positions, as if someone was trying to connect them. Apparently. The instruction manual was not included either. I have not paid for used, refurbished or returned products. I bought a new one for a reason and didn't receive it.
