I really wanted to like it! Installation was easy with basic power tools. Plastic screws and dowels were included. We installed it in our utility closet and after I first put the rag handle in place the rubber wheel holding the handles broke and the spring fell to the floor! I am very disappointed with this product, it broke on the first use. Too bad we already drilled holes in the wall, otherwise I would have tried another brand. I also had it for several months before we installed it, otherwise I would have returned it. We still have room for 4 handles but I'm wondering how long they will last. I would not recommend this product.
