I bought this so the magnet on my phone case would have a contact point to hang it in different parts of the house. I thought they were very cute and looked like they were doing their job. I have to say they are VERY cute. They barely have enough metal to hold them on a magnetic board. I tried the frog. Again very, very nice. Adhesion is excellent. It sticks to the surface like a charm. He won't even pretend to pick up my phone. I tried a flash of light that I usually hold on the edge of a lamp in my work area and it barely holds it. To give you an idea of what I was expecting. The magnet on my phone case sticks to the fridge when I'm in the kitchen and doesn't come off easily. The magnet tends to stick fairly well if there is even a small amount of metal it can stick to. I have a magnetic board and moved them there to make them look cute but not enough to attract the weighted magnet.
