This item would be good value if the touchscreen worked properly. I got it spinning and everything seemed to work fine except the touchscreen didn't work very well. I tried straightening the screen and it only made things worse. I submitted an online return to Revain and they gave me a shipping label. I read mixed reviews about it and some said the touchscreen was a real issue and if they were right. I would not recommend this product to anyone. UPDATE 9/12/2012 I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Revain. My refund was processed on 12/3
