Review on GridSynergy by Michael Sharp

The ease of use, ability to integrate with other systems like smart meters/devices has been awesome! The platform needs some work still but I am sure we will be able fix it before too long. It was my understanding once you installed their device (S2 or whatever its called) everything else just works out of box? Not entirely true. We are using the API as well so have had more challenges getting our applications up thoughout multiple states working at once than I anticipated. Having access to all data about your electric usage from previous years also helps when looking for trends. I love the ease of use. It is a one stop shop and is easy to learn and use. I would love to see more integrations with other providers, like smart meters, so that we could take advantage of the benefits of the battery as a load-shifting device. I really like the fact that all of our energy is stored onsite, which makes our energy more reliable and helps keep our rates low.
