The ease in which you set up rules is great! There's no coding required. It works well out of the box without additional development or customization needed. I don't have many complaints about this product at all - it has been easy to use so far. We're solving our need for automation within HR by using an AI/RPA solution that will take over repetitive tasks such as onboarding new hires, creating employee profiles (including benefits enrollment), updating contact information, etc., ultimately saving us time while improving accuracy when compared against manual methods we used previously. The main benefit of Nividous RPA is the ability to automate and centralize data entry. The main problem with Nividous RPA is the amount of time it takes to train the bots. If you're looking to automate repetitive tasks, then Nividous RPA is the way to go. To save time, you can create a bot to do data entry. The bots are very effective and work quickly. There is no risk of human error and the data is safe.
